Free chess analysis, built for improvement

Chesslume is a free chess analyzer powered by Stockfish 18. Enter your Chess.com or Lichess username, pick a game, and get a full report in seconds: your accuracy, every move graded, the opening you played, and the best moves you missed. No daily limit, no premium tier, no signup. Then it does the part most tools skip, it turns the mistakes it finds into puzzles you can actually train.

What your game report shows

Every move you played gets a grade from Best to Blunder, based on how much it changed your winning chances rather than raw centipawns, so a solid move in a winning position is not punished. The evaluation graph plots the whole game so you can spot the moment it turned. Step through the board move by move, see the engine top choices, and read the opening you played and where you left theory. Want the detail on the grades? Read how move classifications work.

Turn your mistakes into training

A report tells you what went wrong. Improvement comes from fixing it. Chesslume takes the blunders from your own games and rebuilds them as tactics puzzles, so you replay the exact position you misplayed and find the move you missed. Spotting a mistake is easy; not repeating it is the goal. Unlike engine-only tools, the review is the start of practice, not the end of it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Chesslume free?

Yes. There is no paywall and no daily game limit, and no account is required to analyze a game.

How is this different from the Chess.com Game Review?

Chess.com gives free users one review per day and locks full engine analysis behind a Diamond membership. Chesslume gives you unlimited reviews with full Stockfish analysis for free, and turns the mistakes it finds into puzzles you can train.

What engine does it use?

Stockfish 18, the strongest open-source chess engine. The live board analysis runs in your browser; the full game report runs on our Stockfish server.

Is my data private?

You never log in to your Chess.com or Lichess account, and we never ask for your password. We only read public game data, and we do not sell it.

What does the report show?

A grade on every move from Best to Blunder, your overall accuracy, the opening you played, an evaluation graph of the whole game, and the engine best move for each position.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Paste a Chess.com or Lichess username, or a PGN, and start right away.
